Who will be your mentor?
Polish-born and based in Brazil, Katarzyna Chiluta brings from her 3 degrees in Rome, Poland and Brazil the knowledge you need to turn your photos into works of art. She is coordinator and teacher of the photography course at Instituto Foto em Curso, in Brasília, where she has trained more than 2000 photographers from basic to advanced. She holds a degree in Art History from universities in Poland and in Rome, Italy. Licensed to teach through a pedagogy degree, she also graduated in Photography at Centro Universitário IESB, where she received the academic honor of best student of the course.
She is a guest speaker at Brasília Photo Show. In 2021 she won 2 international awards in European photography contests.
Active in today’s photography scene, Katarzyna has exhibited in several photography and art shows, among them the Domus exhibition, which received 200 thousand visitors and was on display for three months at the Museu da República (DF), the Contemporary Art show at DeCurators gallery, and the exhibition “Como Comemos”, organized by Mercado Múndi.
