Who will be your mentor?
The Polish-born, Brazil-based Katarzyna Chiluta brings from her 3 degrees in Rome, Poland and Brazil the knowledge you need to transform your photos into works of art. She is coordinator and professor of the photography course at the Foto em Curso Institute in Brasilia, where she has already trained more than 2,000 photographers from beginner to advanced level. She holds a degree in Art History, studied at universities in Poland and in Rome, Italy. Qualified to teach through a pedagogical degree, she also graduated from the higher Photography program, completed at the IESB University Center, where she received the academic honor of top student of the course.
She is a guest speaker at the Brasília Photo Show. In 2021 she won 2 international awards in European photography contests.
Active on the current photography scene, Katarzyna has exhibited in numerous photographic and artistic shows, including the Domus exhibition, which welcomed 200,000 visitors and was on display for three months at the Museum of the Republic – DF, the Contemporary Art show at the DeCurators gallery, and the “How We Eat” exhibition, organized by Mercado Múndi.
